I am soo happy to do to be able to bring you another Insider Report. No I am not in Sacramento, California right now but one advantage of having so many devoted followers, is that there is usually a Lin Lady everywhere. A Lin Lady was lucky enough to be at the game tonight and ALL photo credits go to her. She also has her own blog, jeremylinohgodsohot, so please show her report and thank her for these awesome pics!

Halftime: HOU 53 and SAC 57
So far the game has been really exciting to watch. These two teams seem well matched in skill and defense. The Rockets are shooting really well but right now the Kings are out shooting them…still a really close game and it’s been like this since tip off. Cousins is playing really well for the Kings, which is to be expected. Even though the Kings are leading, I am really happy with how Lin and the other Rockets are playing. Lin has been playing great defense during the first half. At once point he had stripped the ball for a SAC player and passed it on to Parsons before Parsons was fouled. There was also a beautiful slam dunk by Lin when got a rebound and ran down the court…here is a video clip of that!!
Morris has been putting in some 3s and Delfino’s arms also seems to be all better and he has put in 10 pts already! Harden is playing like his usually strong player. I think if the Rockets keep playing well, this game is definitely winnable. They just need to look out for Demarcus Cousins, who is the power player for SAC this game.

The second half of the game had me on the edge of my seat!! The Rockets were able to pick up the lead in the 3rd quarter. And at one time in the 4th quarter, the Rockets were even leading by 10 pts and with 4:53 left in the 4th quarter, both teams tied at 100pts. But the Kings came back strong and the Rockets could not get a big enough lead to keep the Kings off their back. There were many variables that lead to this. Isiah Thomas and Chuck Hayes of the SAC played really well in the 4th quarter. SAC was raining 3s and theirs were making it in the basket while, HOU wasn’t so lucky when it came to their 3s. Jeremy was benched for the rest of the 4th quarter after being called on 5 fouls…the last one for pulling on the SAC PG. I think the call was bullshit but whatever. John Salmons of the SAC was fouled and made all of his 3 free throws which gave SAC a 4pt lead. Every call was critical towards the end of the game and even with the refs calling it HOU ball at 41.9 sec and at 15.8 sec…it was not enough time for HOU to reclaim their short lived lead on the Kings. Even though it was a loss…our Rockets still played very well!

Highlights:
Right now the main feedback I am getting from jeremylinohgodsohot about this game is that Jeremy Lin is so hot in person. Well that is a given LOL…we don’t expect him to be anything but better looking in person!! Also she said there were a lot of fans sporting his t-shirts and jerseys, so I am sure he was happy to see all the love in Sacramento. This lucky Lin Lady also spotted Jeremy’s dad and what looked like some of his friends, who just happened to be sitting near her. I told her that it’s probably a good thing I am not there at the game with her because then I would have went into stalker mode and I would have trailed his father for a glimpse of Jeremy. And then I would have probably put both of us in jail for harassment or public drunkenness ..since that would be the only excuse for my fangirl spazzed out behavior!!

Before the intro on the jumbo tron they played a little clip of his “Linsanity” days and said that “Jeremy Lin and the Houston Rockets” where here to take on the Sacramento Kings. HAHA. During this time he was on the floor practicing. I was telling [my friend] it must be weird to have to hear your story over and over again…he must be used to it I guess. Him and CP didn’t have too many interaction tonight, which was a little sad haha. We left with like 15 secs in the game. So I’m happy I went.”

All these!!! I can’t wait till I get to see them play LIVE. But why am I freakin’ nervous? Scared the Rockets are going to make it rain 3′s again or scared that Warriors are gonna come back with a vengeance this time for the last time the Rockets blasted off on them. I’d probably be really quiet (and I am not quiet at live games), chomping on my fingernails (and I don’t do that in real life) like all that is going to help me calm my nerves. Ahhhhh anxiety attack begins!!!!
